Injection molding is a cyclic process, and a cycle includes feeding, plasticizing, injection, cooling, and removal. Enter the next cycle after completion. When operating the injection molding machine, it involves three operations: the control keyboard, the electrical control system and the hydraulic system. The selection of injection pressure, speed, and feeding action, temperature monitoring, and pressure adjustment should be standardized, in order to be able to operate the injection molding machine correctly and Use the mold to avoid damage to the equipment and mold due to incorrect operation, and ensure the correct and standardized operation of the injection molding equipment and mold.
 
When using the injection molding machine, pay attention to the following issues:
 
1. Before starting the machine, various inspections of the injection molding machine and auxiliary machines must be carried out to ensure that the equipment is in a normal state (according to the requirements of the L1 equipment operation record). If any problems are found, the maintenance personnel should be notified in time.
 
2. Turn on the power of the injection molding machine, the power of the mold temperature machine, the mold temperature is generally set to 80 °C, the power of the dryer (the raw material needs to be dried at 80 °C for 4 hours), the power of the chiller, the exhaust fan and other power supplies, turn on the injection molding oil pump motor, and the screw starts to heat up.
3. Wipe the mold parting surface, guide post, guide sleeve, slide block, cavity, and oil stain on the inclined guide post with grease paper, and apply grease to the surface of the guide post, guide sleeve, slider, and inclined guide post. Prevent mold wear during long working hours.
4. Confirm the condition of the mold, check whether there is any damage, whether the oil circuit is smooth, whether the joints of each pipeline are connected in place, and whether there is oil leakage.
5. When the temperatures meet the requirements, start discharging, open the baffle of the discharge port, press the automatic clearing button on the operation panel of the injection molding machine, and clear the material 2-3 times. Material clean up.

6. Before starting production, first make 2-3 molds with terminals, and then put the bobbin for production. After 5-10 production, do the first inspection. See QI for the first inspection standard.
 
7. It is forbidden to touch the mold with metal hard objects to prevent damage to the touch tool.
 
8. Gloves should be worn during production to prevent soup injuries.
 
9. When the equipment is in normal operation, do not touch the active position of the equipment at will to avoid danger.
 
10. When the operator is operating the equipment, he cannot change the parameters of the injection molding process at will, and the quality problem of the product should be reported to the team leader in time.
 
11. If the machine is stopped for more than ten minutes, the material in the barrel must be emptied, and the screw must be placed in a heat preservation state.
 
12. During the production process, the nozzles and the exhaust holes above the nozzles are prone to leakage and stacking. Pay attention to frequent observation and timely cleaning.
 
13. Pay attention to the changes in temperature and pressure at any time during the operation. If any abnormality is found, it should be stopped, the power should be turned off, and the mechanic will repair it, and use it after recovery.
 
14. If there is any doubt in the self-inspection or the product is found to be different from the sample, the production should be stopped, and the inspector or team leader should be reported in time.
 
15. During the production process, the amount of plastic raw materials in the dryer bucket should be checked frequently. When it is less than 1∕2, the material should be added in time. Before adding the material, check whether there are foreign objects and impurities in the raw materials.
 
16. When shutting down, close the baffle of the feeding port, empty the material in the barrel, and turn off the power supply of the barrel heating, the injection molding machine motor, the mold temperature machine, the dryer (as needed), the injection molding machine, and the exhaust fan.
 
17. At the end of production, clean the equipment around the equipment and the internal material head.
 
18. Avoid hitting the fixed mold with the shooting table when the mold is opened, so as to prevent the fixed mold from falling off.
 
19. It is not allowed to disassemble, change, or bind all safety protection devices at will.
 
20. The operator is not allowed to leave the post when the maintenance personnel repair the machine.
 
The above are some precautions for operating the injection molding machine. Since the injection molding cycle itself is very short, if the process conditions are not well mastered, there will be many defective products, which will seriously affect the production efficiency. If there is a situation of dissatisfaction with the products, the process should be adjusted. And means, dialectically look at various schemes, whether to heat or cool, whether to add or reduce materials, analyze according to specific problems, and use injection molding machines in a reasonable and standardized way.
